TATTING 151 DOILIES WITH HUMMINGBIRDS BY MURPHY'S DESIGNS

This Tatted Doily is BIG!  It fits in an 8-inch hoop.  Available for 7-inch hoops too.  This combines free-standing tatting on the edges of fabric, wing needle entredeux and cross stitch.

You don't have to use a wing needle if you don't want to or if your machine can't use a wing needle.  If you use the same thread color, it will look like traditional entredeux (like in my picture).  Or if you want, you can use a contrasting color and it will have a pretty pattern.

I used a regular weight (40 wt.) embroidery thread for all of the designs shown in this set.  I used rayon threads.
