NEW! Machine Embroidery Tatted Pineapples at Murphy's Designs

I am so excited about the new designs!  

Inez B requested that I make a Tatted Pineapple hanky corner so that is what I did.  Since these are so small, they use a light weight 60-wt. thread.  They stitch like a dream!  I also have the design done as a free-standing motif so you can add it to your project.  Since pineapples are often symbols of hospitality, I made a hostess gift with mine.  I also added "Give Thanks" on my towel.  

If you would like these designs done larger with a regular weight of thread, be sure to let me know.  I also want to make a matching tatted edge for the rest of my hanky edges.

NEW! Tatting 162 Motifs

New embroidery machine tatting designs are ready!

Suzie B requested that I make these motifs - she is going to use them on a lamp shade.  They are from the original pattern by Diana Cote.  These are REALLY easy to stitch.  I have them done plain, plain with a hanger, with lots of picots, and picots with a hanger.  You can hang them as an ornament or stitch them onto your project.  They easily fit a 4-inch hoop.  I have them on special introductory SALE pricing for a while.  All designs are sent as email attachments.

Tatting 46 - Romantic Tatted Hearts

Free-standing tatting edges and motifs done in the hoop!  Stitch out tatting in your embroidery machine.  Some are continuous and some are free-standing edges. There is even a single motif! EASY!

Add to your favorite projects.  Great for pillowcases and towels (like my projects) or anything that needs a romantic touch.

They are very easy to do.  I used regular 40 weight threads for most of these.
Here is a card that I am working on.  I stitched the tatting that has finished ends (without headers) directly onto my Mulberry paper.  I'll trim the extra edge of the paper and add some more to the front of the card.  The tatting was so very easy to do!  I include instructions so you can easily put this beautiful tatted edge on your projects too!
