Tatting 82 - Snowflake Garland

Free-standing machine embroidery tatting snowflake garlands done in the hoop!  I have them done in 2 ways. VERY EASY!

For 5x7 inch (130x180 mm) hoops and larger.

Snowflake singles are for 4x4 inch hoops.

These snowflakes are 3 different sizes.  I have them as continuous garlands that can be sewn or glued into your projects, I have them as separate snowflakes and I have a string to use the separate snowflakes as hanging decorations.  All  designs on this page are completely free standing.

The small size of the designs are about 1-1/2 inches tall, the medium size is about 2 inches tall and the large size is about 2-3/4 inches tall.

These are free-standing designs.  I used a regular weight (40 wt.) embroidery thread for all designs shown in this set. I used metallic thread on the Snowflakes below.

Tatting snow crystals!  I have them done 8 different ways.  They are about 3 inches wide.  VERY EASY! 

For 4x4 inch (100x100 mm) hoops and larger.

3-inch Snow Crystals!  Some are done with Mylar, some are done with crystals, some are done with Mylar and crystals and some are done plain.  I have them with less picots and with more picots - 8 different ways!   All  tatting is completely free standing. 

These free-standing designs are so easy to do!  Just stitch and rinse.  I used a regular weight (40 wt.) embroidery thread for all designs shown in this set.

Tatting 86 - Tatted Earrings

Completely free-standing tatting designs done in the machine embroidery hoop! These are VERY EASY!

These earrings are small - about 1 inch tall.  

These are done 6 ways.  One single color plain, one 2 colors plain, one with Mylar (single color), one with Mylar (2 colors) and two are done with crystals (single color and 2 colors).  I put two of the earrings in each design for you and sorted the colors for those that are more than one color.  A pair takes about 4 minutes to stitch!

These are free-standing designs.  I used a regular weight (40 wt.) embroidery thread for all designs shown in this set.
