Although Sashiko is traditionally done by hand, I know that some of you will not stitch out ~anything~ by hand. So I made these designs that are inspired by the Sashiko stitching. Although it isn't an exact match for Sashiko, it is fun to make them on your embroidery machine.
For 4x4 inch (100x100 mm) hoops or larger
Sashiko is usually done with a single color - usually white on a dark fabric. But I made these to be colorful.
EASY!
I used a regular weight (40 wt.) embroidery thread for all designs shown in this set. Use a regular bobbin the same or similar color as your fabric.

I include the word "Spring" as a separate design. Plus I include the design done with and without the word.
